About Me

I am a fully trained and certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher with a particular interest in teaching people how meditation and mindfulness can help with feelings of anxiety and panic. I am available to provide short or day-long introduction to mindfulness courses, or 8-week courses in Mindfulness Based Living for adults and also for young adults (from 16 years old). I am also available to work 1-1 in a virtual capacity. 

I have completed the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Program (MMTCP) run by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, which is certified by the Greater Good Science Center in the University of California Berkeley. I am also a member of the Mindfulness Association, UK, and have completed their training programme to allow me to teach the 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course. I have completed further training to allow me to teach the Mindfulness Based Living Course to Young Adults. 

I am currently completing a MSc in Mindfulness Studies in the University of Aberdeen.
