About me
Find out more about me
I am a fully trained and certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher with a particular interest in teaching people how meditation and mindfulness can help with feelings of anxiety and panic. I am available to provide short or day-long introduction to mindfulness courses, or 8-week courses in Mindfulness Based Living for adults and also for young adults (from 16 years old). I am also available to work 1-1 in a virtual capacity.

What do I offer
Meditation and Mindfulness Classes
I offer 8-week Mindfulness Based Living courses, shorter courses, and one-to-one virtual mindfulness and meditation sessions.

Private lessons
I am available for private one-to-one mindfulness and meditation classes.

Group lessons
Why not get together with a friend or a group of friends - I am happy to provide a bespoke mindfulness or meditation session for your group.

8-week Mindfulness Based Living Course for adults or young adults
I am qualified to provide the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Living Course to both adults and young adults 16 or over.
